Happy Early Hanukkah to Meshuga'at Miriam Yaniv

Jonathan Yaniv aka Jessica Simspon‘s mother Meshuga’at Miriam Yaniv was in a Surrey BC Canada courtroom Wednesday December 10th, 2025, and received an early Hanukkah gift – no decision for her latest crimes. Yet.

Miriam Yaniv will be back in Surrey Court Room 100 January 7th. It looks like the case will go ahead and a trial date will be set on January 7th, 2026.

SBD Scheduled (Defence/Accused) – Used when an accused is scheduled by a Judicial Case Manager to another appearance as requested by the defence/accused.
PAR For Particulars – Used when a case has been adjourned for the purpose of defence receiving particulars of the case from the Crown.
FXD To Fix a Date – Used when a matter is adjourned for the purpose of setting a trial or hearing date.

To recap: On July 31, 2025 Meshuga’at Miriam Yaniv assaulted Sharron Brown and uttered death threats to Alison Savenkoff – at her senior citizen condo building. She was arrested and charged. In typical Jon fashion, in September 2025, Jon sued Alison Savenkoff claiming her little wee Pomeranian dog assaulted and injured his fat ankles. Even though a Langley Animal Control Officer had investigated and deemed the claim false, no less. Miriam will be going on criminal trial in 2026. Jon will be facing foreclosure in 2026. Jon will be the centre piece of a court case with X and the BC Government. MeowMix will be a party in 2026.

That there was no video of the historical event is tragic, but we can just imagine Miriam wandering the hallways of The Hawthorne meowing in hopes of find the kitty that was posting all the insider information at Jon’s condo building. It’s been so many years. Did you ever imagine it would be like this? Do you think the tide is turning in the world?
